Property Tax Relief

Richard will vote to raise the state’s share of K-12 funding, expand the Property Tax Fairness Credit, and protect seniors on fixed incomes from being taxed out of homes they already own.

Rural Healthcare

Richard will vote to protect rural health clinics, expand mental health services, and push back on prescription drug prices that are breaking household budgets.

Family Farms and Small Business

Richard will vote to defend working farmland, cut red tape that buries small businesses, and invest in rural infrastructure so local goods can reach real markets.

Housing and Affordability

Richard will vote for practical housing policy that helps working families stay in the district and helps seniors age in place. No gimmicks, no giveaways to out-of-state developers.
